This is a set of beautiful weighted wooden chessmen with kings that stand 5 inches tall. The bases of the kings measure 2 inches in diameter and the bottoms of all the pieces are felted. The chessmen are stored in a felt-lined, hinged wooden box with a high gloss finish that measures approximately 11 3/4" long x 8 3/4" wide x 4" tall.

 

It is recommended to choose a chess board that is at least 18 inches per side with a minimum of 2-1/4 inch squares.
