Be the first to get rid of all your chrominos. A chromino must have contact with an already played chromino on two identically colored sides. Either two color surfaces of the newly played piece match with two color surfaces of an already places piece or the color surfaces on one end of a chromino have contact on two sides with two already played stones. Whoever plans ahead optimally will play his chrominos fastest and win the game.
