All orders ship from our warehouse in Traverse City, MI (49686). For standard (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail) shipping, products should be delivered within 3-6 business days after the order has been processed within the Continental United States. For UPS Air shipping, the products should be delivered within 2-3 business days. This service is available within the pricing selection for US destinations and on a special request basis for other destinations. Please include the request in the Special Instruction shipping information section advising of the maximum you are willing to pay for premium shipping. If there is not a shipping price that is less than the maximum on the request, the shipment will go out Ground. Note that most shipments will cost between $30 - $100 depending on the weight of the order and the destination. As it will be necessary to confirm the shipping rates, these shipments will generally go out on the next business day.
You should be aware that UPS Next Day Air service is next business day service. At the present time, we do not have a service offering that will allow for Saturday delivery. If you do have a specific requirement for Saturday delivery, please contact us by phone before 10AM EST or the afternoon/night before for orders placed after 12PM (to be filled the next business day) to allow us the opportunity to make any required changes before the order ships. After that time, the originally selected shipping method can not be changed and will be used for this order. |
