If you change your mind about an order you have placed and choose to cancel your order, please ensure that you send an Urgent/Important message indicating your order number and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests for orders placed after noon EST must be received the same day (or during the weekend they are placed) no later than 10PM EST the night before. For orders which have been received before noon and are being processed, there will be a cancellation charge of $between $5 (if caught right away) and $35 (if the order is ready to ship) required. You will be advised of this prior to the cancellation to confirm. Orders placed prior to 1 PM on a business day will normally be in process to be filled the same day. It may not be possible to cancel the order after that time as the order will usually be in process for pickup by the courier company. There is the option to refuse shipment when the package is delivered, but note that shipping charges related to both the shipment to the destination and back to the warehouse will be deducted from the refund.
