Additionally to mitigate the impacts of credit card fraud, we will require telephone contact information for both the billing addressee and the shipping addressee which is available during our normal business hours of 9AM EST and 4PM EST. Where the billing and the shipping addresses are different, we will be contacting both addressess to confirm the order for most orders that are placed internationally and certainly for all orders over $100. In all cases where an order is placed to be sent to someone a different shipping address than the billing address, we will be contacting the billing addressee at their billing phone number. We may also choose to contact the bank/credit card company to confirm that the order was legitimate and placed by the owner of the credit card. The order will not be processed until this is completed. If we are not able to contact that person within 48 hours after the order has been placed, we will cancel the order and refund the credit card charge and will advise the billing addressee that we have done so. We will also record the information to support any credit card fraud investigation which will be made available to the FBI, Interpol and other investigation agencies.
