If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please ensure that you let us know before processing for the order starts.  Orders received before 9AM EST will start their processing on or around that time and can not be updated.  Orders received before 1PM EST will start their processing on or around that time and can not be updated.  For orders which are not in processing, we will be able to update your shipping method for the difference in price of the shipping methods. Please use the CRM function to advise of your preference for a shipping change.  That is the most effective way.  Where we see a request for such a change and it has not yet started processing, we will advise you of additional charge and confirm payment prior to initiating the change.  For Paypal or Google Checkout, this will involve a Payment Request which you must approve/accept prior to changing the shipping method.  For Credit Card orders, a manual charge will be required.  We will normally use Google Checkout Payment Requests for Credit Card purchases to allow you to approve the process independantly. If that is not acceptable, please ensure the you provide a contact phone number for us to obtain the credit card informationas we we do not keep the credit card information.  It is only used for payment for the order or change at the time and is immediately deleted.  We can not re-use the credit card information. This will need to be approved before the change is made to the order. If the approval is not obtained prior to the order starting processing, it will be sent out by the original shipping method selected.
